Bulls one of several story lines in playoffs

The NBA playoffs started this past weekend with a few intriguing matchups, such as the New Jersey Nets and Toronto Raptors, Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets vs. San Antonio Spurs.
However, I am most looking forward to seeing the Chicago Bulls defeat the World Champion Miami Heat.
The Nets and Raptors series should be filled with excitement and story line by featuring Vince Carter's return to Toronto in a playoff series.
The Raptors may not be the most experienced, but I feel as long as they can learn fast with their group of young players they should take the series in six games.
I believe the Lakers series to be compelling just for the fact that the most talented NBA player, Kobe Bryant, is playing in it.
Bryant scored 81 points in a game last year and in a series against a Suns team that loves to score and play no defense. It should be fun to see just how much he puts up.
Keep a close eye on the Nuggets and Spurs series, since the league's top scoring duos Allen Iverson and Carmello Anthony are going to be hard to stop.
The Spurs are a well-trained veteran team that knows how to finish games, but do not be surprised if the Nuggets can win this series in six or seven games.
The Bulls and Heat series should be a hot one, with the Bulls seeking revenge in a rematch of last year's opening round series loss 4-2.
I would first like to just express how pleased I am with the Bulls organization. John Paxson and Scott Skiles have done a terrific job of putting the elements of winning onto the United Center floor.
For the first time since the Michael Jordan era ended, I cannot only feel prouder of my Chicago Bulls, but truthfully feel they bring a threat to the league. It all just begins with the players and attitude they bring to the game every night.
Players, such as Luol Deng, Ben Gordon, Andres Nocioni, Ben Wallace and Kapn' Kirk Hinrich are the kind of players that you can admire for the way they share the basketball and go about their business.
I also appreciate the diversity the team plays with for example, Deng was born in Sudan, Gordon was born in England, Nocioni was born in Argentina and Thabo Sefolosha was born in Switzerland.
I especially enjoy how the approach and coaching style of the team has not changed over the past few seasons. The Bulls play every game with strong defense and teamwork.
Just by watching the games it can be seen how much work and dedication each player on the team gives.
I strongly encourage anyone who fell off the bandwagon back in 1999 who was a big Bulls fan to jump on it while its fresh because this team is for real and ready to win it all again.
